Mythic entertainment gives Warhammer online users a sneak peak on what to expect in their highly anticipated Warhammer Online Patch 1.2.
Mythic Entertainment continues to tease about the impending release of the massive Warhammer Online update, patch 1.2, by releasing a smaller update, Patch 1.1.1. Although this patch may not be as huge as the rumored content of patch 1.2, patch 1.1.1 still has a bevy of tweaks, fixes and additions that will keep users satisfied until patch 1.2 is released.
Classify this under rumor for now because the following patch notes of Mythic Entertainment’s popular mmorpg, WarHammer Online: Age of Reckoning Patch 1.2 was reported to be leaked a little too early. You can find the complete patch notes right after the jump.
It would seem that WAR is finally taking action, making it a bit closer to the MMO it was supposed to be… aside from the other fixes issued I’m sure you wont be disappointed by the new features WAR has brought upon us.
The update 1.1 patch is now live on the Public Test Server: Deathsword! Be one of the first to try out all the new changes. Below you will find all of the exciting features and improvements included in this update.
Highlights

Hmm…. what can I say? my credit card is faster than Superman. Anyway, I know that WoW is still the leading MMO and some people would prolly tell me that I’m better off playing WOW. But I guess I just grew tired of it. Its time to play another one– I guess Warhammer just pretty much caught my eye since I’ve been a big fan of the franchise. Though the figurine game just yanks your budget like crazy I cant help but stop by our local gaming stores just to watch people move their figurines around the table.
I’ve been enjoying the RTS (Dawn of war) as well… and sadly… I really wish that it couldve been Warhammer 40,000 instead of the medieval one because I mean lets face it, there’s been a lot of medeival games lately and WoW seems to have that exact same feel to it. I wish that this game would prove my money’s worth.
Anyway, the game is great and feels similar to WOW. The only thing that makes it different is how it seems to emphasize PVP mroe than PVE. One thing that probably made me hurl was the game’s lack of music. Yeah, I was hoping for WOW-like medieval chants when I started playing it. The game is also a bit more “Grindy”… as though the death ratio is 10 ungors to 5 murlocs.
Anyway, the game is great and I’m pretty much happy. I guess thats about it…. BACK TO WARHAMMER!!!!
