Modder Attempts To Recreate Killzone 2 With CryEngine 2
Sunday, February 22nd, 2009Over at the Crymod forum, a modder known as Atsest attempts to recreate the infamous 2005 CG rendered trailer of Killzone 2 using the CryEngine 2. But this isn’t a frame by frame and scene by scene reimagining of the trailer, there’s a lot of actual gameplay involved.
If you think you’re the hardest of the hardcore and can take on any amounts of beefed up zombies, tanks, witches, smokers and hunters without breaking a sweat then you will definitely have a grand time with this L4D mod. It raises the difficulty by two folds.
Thanks to Sam5506, this Left 4 Dead mod will change the skin of the hunter with Bill. It’s quite hilarious watching the old man jump from building to building and then pouncing on someone like Francis. You will find more details on the mod right after the jump.

In true Dawn of the Dead fashion, the Survival Mode mod created by Doku will limit killing zombies to mostly headshots. Now that’s something out of a George Romero flick where the only proper way to dispose of a zombie is to blow its brains out.
