Fast Install:
1. BACKUP your pak01_dir.vpk file in Steamsteamappscommonleft 4 dead 2left4dead2
2. Extract the RAR file to Steamsteamappscommonleft 4 dead 2left4dead2.
You will be prompted to overwrite the pak01_dir.vpk file and combines the contents of the folder addons.
Manual install:
1. BACKUP your pak01_dir.vpk file in C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2
2. Edit the file pak01_dir.vpk with a decent text editor like NotePad++. Open the Replace With… dialog (Ctrl+H).
3. Replace all ocurrences of the string “survivor_producer” with “survivor_zoeyucer” with the Replace All button. It will replace it 5 times.
Note: This skin seems to be incompatible with this L4d to L4d2 tutorial: http://l4dmods.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=4252
I haven’t been able to try, but if you want to have both you can try to replace “survivor_teenangst” with “survivor_nullangst”
in the pak02_dir.vpk file that you created when you followed that tutorial.
