Our renters moved out a few months ago and left us with a mess to clean up. Not only had been there holes from the wall, they also destroyed doors, window frames and carpets. They have been incredibly smart and covered up the damage with pictures, posters and curtains so we didn’t realize the extent on the harm until they have been gone. Now we are fixing up the house so we can rent it again. Thankfully, this job is a lot easier as we have a laptop with wireless capabilities. For that past nine days we can be found snowed in. This has not been quite very much fun as all seven kids are trapped inside house with me for the good deal on the time. It has been too cold for them to stay out for any length of time. To add to that, our electric keeps planning in and out. Whenever we do have electricity we charge the laptop battery. When the electricity goes out, we either play games, read or Get Free Diablo 2 Items Online. thanks to our generator. Big problem here.. point lookout crashes game to desktop for me too but ONLY point lookout i have all the dlc’s RETAIL 2 dvd discs.. i have 1.7 patch and no additional content. from what i can see in my crashlog its the intro movie clip to the bog thats screws up the game. we need to modify the file to not load if we want to go to point lookout.

It’s annoying when I get poisouned by the seeds. I keep walkng back to the start and the game jus freezes (Xbox 360) It just locks up and I have to restart my console…

I have the same problem as Doc, it loads for a second after traveling, (black screen, music) then crashes to desktop

I’m having the same problem as manufactra and (-)rvoje - I get to the ferry and I see a bunch of floating red exclamation marks sitting over the water. I’m assuming these are missing textures for the boat and boat driver because I can see the objects in the boat itself - like the bed, cabinet, chest, table, etc - because those textures were never missing.

What sux worst is that the missing textures aren’t just cosmetic — in other words there’s no way to stand on a missing boat texture and I drop straight in the water when I try. I finally tried interacting with each of the red exclamation marks and managed to find the boat driver and purchase tickets; then, after more dunks into the water than I’d like to admit, I finagled my way to the bed and triggered the trip to Point Lookout. Sadly it crashed just as it was loading up and it continues to crash everytime I try it again…

If the problem is that the textures are just missing then copying the DLC files over to the main program install location might help. If I try it I’ll respond

hey guys…. i have the same problem as manufactra i come to the farry boat those big red things are floating around and when i try to travel to point lookout it just crashes…. any ideas… plz answer..

As a side note, the first time around (the very first) I tried to go to Point Lookout, it took a while to unload (as I was playing the game for a while before), and during that time I heard music and stuff, and I think that may be connected to a cut-scene.

Now whenever I load, I’m already in the boat (made a quicksave there), and when I activate the bed and select “Travel to Point Lookout”, I get the above ‘mechanics’ immediately.

I’ll try to remove all my items and armor (gathered a few of those, including the Chinese Stealth Armor which I currently have on). Maybe that’ll help.
